Taking notes with the iPhone

iPhone is a all-in-one device and therefore you're about to do almost everything with it. In particular, you certainly wanted to take some notes, after all, the keyboard is there to be helpful, right?

One thing I must say, is that so far, after only 3 days of use, I am not ready yet for fast typing. The learning curve is longer than a few days I believe. I've tried to use my two thumbs simultaneously, but, hey, I'm not ready yet.

By the way, for non english texts, the american version of the iPhone has no support for other languages than english and as a consequence all the smart typing help technology does not apply there.

I've found disappointing not to find any copy and paste support anywhere in the iPhone -- nothing in URL editing, nor in the "Notes" application. Rather strange... Hope Apple integrates such a functionality in a later software update.
